Rustler’s Rooste World Famous Swordfish Marinade

Combine all marinade ingredients and mix thoroughly. Marinate swordfish steaks for 2 hours. Sear on grill for about 1.5 minutes on each side.

1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1 cup Tomato Paste
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp Dry Oregano
1 Tbsp Dry Parsley
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Black Pepper

1 inch thick Swordfish Steaks
